TransIP group / team.blue is a great place to work if you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, have and/or create your own responsibility within your job, work with young professionals and really build something together with goals others (lets call them the critics) might deem impossible. You definitely should apply if you want to be part of this.

The grass is always greener at the neighbors. With growth comes change and many things are not in place yet or choices will have to be made to do so. This is only something that certain people like. If you don’t like that, then don’t apply for a job here.
