Every quarter, changes were made on the processes with little to no training. Although you work a normal 8-5 sometimes in order to stay afloat you were putting in overtime often to keep up with the work flow. No realistic direction from regional to not drown in work. Heavily had to depend on other recruiters to do their part in order for you to do your job.
