Good starting pay, benefits, worked from home

Customers are incredibly rude. I worked in many customer service jobs before but never came across so many rude people. Definitely takes a toll on your mental health. Also management isn’t the best communicating. Lots of questions that were asked were never answered straight forward from the trainers or management which is essential working from home
