Upper management was awfully arrogant. These terrible people liked yelling for no reason and were even terribly rude and disrespectful while sharing feedback with employees. Their poor behavior and attitude issues meant employees were scared of them and didn't reach out to the management when they needed support or guidance. I felt alone and helpless. I had to resign.
