Pros
Equity, aggressive salary, modern culture, roles are remote, good benefits. If you’re a yes man (or woman) this org is for you. If you fall in line well and take orders, you will fit in.

If you have ideas, question processes, have suggestions, it’s probably not the org for you. With that said turnover and stability is a problem. Leadership changes like the weather. Had 3 different managers and directors in 3 years - all with very contrasting styles. Very customizable technical app which takes time to learn. Bonuses reduced as opposed to increased. Departments eliminated overnight.
