Sales compensation is ridiculously low and hobbling if you are a superstar. If you're an average to underperfoming sales schlep you might actually dig it. Zero communication up and down the chain. No innovation. No new processes. I feel like I am working for a company in 1990 that just got the internet. Their CRM solution is a joke. Senior leadership is disconnected from day to day processes and has their gaze fixed on the the stock price as their barometer of success. Impossible to fire the non performers without filling out reams of paperwork for the inept HR department. Periodic RIFs are their preferred culling tool.
