      Ingersoll Rand overall is a great organization. Good benefits, decent pay. Good people to work with.

      They hire moron's for senior leadership roles. Managers that leave employees hanging and throw employees under the bus to save their own hind ends.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
