Pros
Trane is a great place to work for. The management team is very supportive and helpful. They’re also flexible and understanding. I always felt the management team and company cared about me and my family. My department was also great: no drama, hostility, etc. Everyone worked as a cohesive unit. Benefits are excellent and you get about 3-4 weeks of PTO depending on your time there. I also received fair and great pay. Summer time is usually very busy due to it being their peak season, but if you’re willing to be a team player and put in the work, you’ll fit in nicely.

I cant think of any really, other than really high volume of calls; however, that’s the nature of call centers.
