Completely unstable, incompetent, and irrational owner/founder who's essentially a snake oil salesman who enjoys screaming. The founder may occasionally have a good idea, but his primary management tools are yelling and loudly shaming in public areas of the office There's little to no organization for most things and the company survives off selling products that are so expensive and overpriced that they can just pay extra all the time to fix problems they've made for themselves Management consistently talks and complains about perceived negative performance of employees (all of them, really) to other current staff.
