Great benefits, health vision dental 401k match and more.

Kontras

Quantity over quality methods for sales. Training is close to nonexistent. You just get thrown new things time and time again and get told to adjust. Employee turn around time is almost like a revolving door. I noticed the severe lack of POC on the sales team while I was there. There was one black guy at the time.

Allowed to interview several department heads about their job roles and taught useful databased for future career skills like Salesforce and ZoomInfo

Pros

Overall people are nice and there is decent collaboration amongst groups. Customers really like the software.

Kontras

So many. Toxic, politically conservative boomers locked in leadership positions waiting to retire. Finger pointing and blaming is common. CFO well known to make gross, inappropriate comments and is never held accountable. Board is way too involved and constantly tinkers with the strategy. There is a flavor of the month hire that lasts for about 6 months as the savior and then CEO moves on looking for the next one. This is run like a niche, lifestyle business, NOT a growing software company, and will never really make anyone real money.
