      No support for the staff actually doing the therapy and little to no benefits till you are full time

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Kontras

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
