Uncapped earning potential and the ability to earn great pay in a relatively short amount of time. Ability to move up into a Lead or Management role in an organization that almost exclusively promotes from within. Working hours will be long (50-60 hrs/wk), especially in the first 1-2 years while developing a clientele, and a limited amount of paid time off during that time too. However, if someone realistically wants to make 100K+ in 3 or 4 years, they should probably anticipate working that much or more in any organization. Base pay is low during the initial training/sales ramp up.
