-Family team type setting at the smaller branches. -Good Managers -Monthly/quarterly employee engagement -Annual prizes/events

-Managers and everyone under them are paid A LOT less than what other financial institutions pay their employees -Annual raises are extremely low even with a great performance review, and don't take inflation into consideration -The lower you are on the totem pole the less important you are -Favoritism within HR and other internal departments -Poor and unorganized bonus structure -Not much opportunity for advancement/growth since they tend to hire from outside the company vs promoting from within -Unorganized training -Stressful
