Too many cliques and too much politics - Manager bei TopBuild: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Toxic environment, executives are clueless to the back stabbing and ladder climbing attempts, no appreciation for the long hours and dedication. Literally worst company culture I have experienced, I would take less pay for a better environment and an actual training period.
