Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you didn’t have a good experience. Training and development are very important to us, and we offer a variety of internal training including Wow moments in our weekly staff meeting, monthly departmental trainings, a database of 80 staff-led trainings, a mentorship program, our database of internal Subject Matter Experts, and external professional development opportunities. Advancement is common here for our talented team members, and promoting from within is a deep value here, and we are proud of the 73 promotions we have provided to our staff in the last 18 months, and 75% of our staff have received a promotion within the first two years of their work here. Diversity and equity in our workforce is something we acknowledge we need to work on and, while we have made progress in diversifying our team, we know this is work we must focus on and we are committed to increasing diversity at all levels of our team, because we are striving for equity and know we cannot get there without representation at all levels.
