They tried pretty hard to make everyone happy but I just remember the place being super under staffed which was very not good.

They were really disorganized with stuff which made it harder to get things done which I and a lot of others found frustrating.

The technological challenges are fun and interesting. The leadership team really are involved and interested in not just what we do but making sure we are all growing and getting better. They pay for our certifications and we all do in house lunch and learns to help us get better. There is a huge commitment to knowledge transfer and making sure we help one another out. It's an agile shop and I like scrum so that's a bonus. The social side is off the hook with an extra week off a year for company events that we do overnight. They are pretty flexible for when you need to work from home and/or make up time if you need to be out of the office for something personal

The owners don't always recognize how hard people are working for them I don't think. They don't really know how hard it is to build software I don't think. There is a lot of pressure sometimes.
