-Creating unique content -Have multiple production pipelines (or, at least, they did when I worked there...) -Big visions, even if execution falls short.
Kontras
-Abysmal pay. Don't ask for a living wage, they will turn you away or fire you. -Minimal or no training; seem to prefer a "figure it out" model -Guilt tripped for using accrued PTO -Not flexible on WFH or other working scenarios -No opportunities for advancement. Prefer to fire staff or let them go before they would need a promotion or a raise.
