Pros

- job perks if you can bear staying around long enough.

Kontras

- highly inexperienced and immature management team who have no idea what they are doing. They appear to be failures that have come from other companies but they are very good at telling you what you want to hear. - team leader not willing to get their hands dirty and help when busy, instead the team lead will cancel peoples' booked leave. Team leader thinks they are above doing what they ask their own direct reports to do, they do not help when understaffed team is under stress. - department rolls out products they know are broken and expects team to support product with minimal to no training. - no professional development, team members are nice but don't have right skills or background to do the job being asked of them. - high expectations, which are not documented, without being given the right tools. - team has extremely low morale bc management does not listen to their concerns about problems with the product or way service is delivered. - very high staff turnover, four people resigned in 2 months while I was there and I learned that a few people recently resigned before I even started.
