Thus, you will not have a chance to practice and showcase your skills. - Learning opportunities are so limited due to favoritism. - Supervisors provide 1-on-1 talks with employees and they are just doing it for the sake of showing they "care" for their employees and not really listen on what you have to say. - You are on a sick leave? Nah, they will still message and call you and if they cannot reach you, they will ask your co-workers to do the same as well. They will prioritize the clients' needs than your HEALTH.

Good for fresh graduates – a good place to gain experience. Friendly colleagues – the team is nice and helpful. Remote/work-from-home setup – great for flexibility.
