The customers are extremely loyal and kind. You get so much face to face interaction and can do many different tasks while you're there so it's never boring.

They are long days and customers can always be challenging. The store I worked in was always in disrepair somehow. It was never clean because our owner would not allow the overtime we needed to get the place clean (on top of the customer service demand). There was also constant turn over which made training a necessity almost every day.
