Everything is a problem in Devops. There is no clearly defined scope for Devops. The Devops is only department which is worst in Tiger and this worst part is supported by HR team too. The leadership comes from sales background and works tirelessly to onboard people to project without knowing what they are doing, are they capable of, Does it work for individual and so on so forth. The only motive is to increase count, board team to project and project as best leader. He will ask team to prepare PPT, Docs, Solution accelerators and so on and wont reveal the one who did the job.
