- The usual Silicon Valley perks and then some, e.g., impromptu jam sessions, ice cream trucks, amazing cold brew on tap, stipend to see free shows on Ticketfly - There's been a recent influx of powerful executive leaders - Everyone contributes here and ideas are born from anywhere - There's an increased focus on the fan; it's not just about the venue or business owner - All Hands meetings every Friday make it easy to keep a pulse on the business

Kontras

- Wish upper management, especially the CEO, would mingle more with everyone; there's a little too much time spent in offices - Company goals should be better defined so that individual goals can also be more specific - Friday happy hours used to be much better attended, but there's still lots of Red Stripe!

-Mission: From the CEO and board down, each person at Ticketfly shares a common mission of applying technology to improve the live event experience of millions of people. -CEO: Andrew Dreskin is an amazing guy to work for. He has been a pioneer in the ticketing industry since selling the first online ticket in 1995 as founder/CEO of Ticketweb. He has the contacts, knowledge, and experience to have another success with Ticketfly. -Market Opportunity: Ticketfly is firmly positioned as the leading provider of ticketing services and marketing software for the middle market. An huge opportunity exists to expand upmarket and also to extend beyond music into other verticals. -Culture: Ticketfly has an outstanding culture. This is best illustrated in the Friday afternoon jam sessions in the band room within the office. -Perks: Copious snacks are provided, and employees are often surprised with food trucks and ice cream socials. But perhaps the most illustrative benefit is $200 per employee for tickets to live events.
