Free lunch, company gym room, great people for the most part
Kontras
No family plan, salaries not always competitive and are often difficult to live on, favoritism in many departments, difficult to advance, some employees seem to get way too many chances to improve while others are hustled out the door pretty quickly. I have many personal reasons for staying but not many professional ones.
