friendly group, good sales manager

need to do drug testing, don't work everyone so hard to retain better and more good quality employees. Require less hours. Allow more inside employees to move up to a different department if they require this to be happy in the company.

-Pay is uncapped and can be Phenomenal -Family/Work Balance -Dedicated Mentors/Managers that will fight for you and push you to be your best -Training and Trainers are Knowledgeable and want to see you succeed -Ability to work overtime and choose the date/time -Bonuses/Spiffs Everyday

The very department is a total scam for this company. They have many people use a fake title to be a supervisor which you are not to flip the script on people who believe they won a sweepstakes just to sell the magazines they don't need. It's horrible.
