Leadership tolerates toxic behavior, especially from the person in finance, which creates an unhealthy and demoralizing work environment. PTO policies are not supportive of work-life balance and are treated more as an inconvenience than a benefit. The breakroom snacks are often highlighted as a perk, but in reality, they are used as a band-aid to distract from much deeper issues.
