Leadership is open to your opinion, as long as it supports their ideas or strategies.
Leadership is Sales and Training heavy and lacks Consulting experience, and they do not seem to acknowledge this fact, which leads me to believe it will be difficult for them to grow into a bonafide consulting firm.
