Too much favouritism, leeway to people who go back and forth to be on good terms with the top management, only hiring interns so they can save the cost, no proper guidance after a level stagnant personal growth, exploiting the contacts built after you leave the organisation eg: taking up your clients, no credits given, unfair pay and no timely increment

Great creative freedom, potential for learning and building a brand.

Would be good to have more specialists on the team.
