Quite easy applying for a job process. Availability to work from any place. Really respectful management. One of the greatest for me - opportunity to work with any language you like and experience in. Also, company always provides you with work, so far there wasn't a moment when I was told "we don't need you today".

No cons that can come to mind.

I work with English and German languages. My experience with TheWordPoint has been successful from the very beginning, since I’ve passed all tests. I bid for all projects which are available at this point. And the first project (for $65) was assigned to me the next day I signed up. I also noticed that the projects of business, finance, art and literature, academic, software industries are rated higher than general or personal. Every two weeks I withdraw my income without problems.

If you are going to translate from or to English you better pass both English UK and English US tests to get twice more projects. Somehow the system counts English UK and English US as two different languages. And those tests are completely different; however they are not too complicated.
