Pros

If you enjoy overly possessive and weird attention

Kontras

The pay is low . And this company only hires young asian girls to be assistants base on the owner's personal preference instead of experience related. The CEO is old and always rude to older female employees as I witness. Nothing is base on how work should be done in the right way but always how the CEO feel like should be doing. If you are a real talented and experienced business professional stay away from here since you will be lead by someone only knows how to brag about himself.

Pros

nothing Unless you want to work for a low salary and meaningless work

Kontras

The company is fake and toxic! The CEO has a weird obsession with Asian girls, he only wants to hire Asian girls for his assistant and help him to mail his personal history to famous companies. Anything related to business and marketing is just a waste of your time, if you just graduate, don’t waste your time here!

Pros

On the surface: salary, experience, reputation, good work location. Decent benefits.

Kontras

Be aware the owner of the company is very ego-centered and rarely stops talking about himself. They hire business development people then provide you with a giant administrative projects that benefit the company but you get no credit for. It is a small office so drama and unprofessional office behavior stands out and seems to be allowed even when presented to owner/ management. This appeared to be primarily directed toward younger and new business development women. HR Management seems to be uninformed about labor laws as they and ownership will tell you after you have been hired that if you're 'salaried' you are require to work more than 40 hours / week. This is not an accurate interpretation of "exempt" an "non-exempt" statuses and obviously not discussed in interview (pre-employment) My personal experience is that when I questioned things like this the micromanagement and unkind / nosy behavior of office management increased as did threats of miscommunication over projects being part of employment files.
