Incredible staff, love working for them

Hard place to be self-motivated as there aren't many high-achieving tasks.

Management is great. Pay is definitely fair. Being around what you love makes any task seem easier, so as a hockey player it never "fully" feels like work. It's a great place to work when you're younger and still in high school or college.

Not any big cons here. Management at some rinks is better than others.
