Commission is way too low. Hourly pay is too low. Not enough training before being put on sales floor.

I am concerned over your comments and sorry to hear this. We have one of the best learning departments with continued courses. You should have had a week of training prior to getting out on your own. Incentives are paid and we have had over 300 employees promoted last year. We do not look at it as making money for Higher Ups; we look at it as YOU being paid incentives for all you do. ALSO.....We do not hire in this role. I am assuming you were an MSA? I wish you success on the road ahead. Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction
