Freedom to make your schedule given you put in the required visits per week/month. In store reps for the most part enjoyed having a brand ambassador to answer questions.
Kontras
There's absolutely no raises, no opportunities for advancement in this project, the content we would use in store gets stale. Other competitors brand advocates make way more than TROC. If you voiced concern nothing would really get done. The benefits were absolute garbage.
