Not once at The RealReal have I ever felt, I was not supported, or inferior - I have always had the knowledge and the tools to succeed. The company thrives off employees who are eager and devoted. You can tell the second you start here that the passion for The RealReal is everywhere. I have been with the company for over two years and have been promoted twice in those two years. I was also one of the higher producers in the sales team, so to take me "out of the field" shows a lot about a companies desire to create more leaders.
