      Competitive pay in comparison with the local area. A few good people worked there for the right reasons.

      Kontras

      Toxic work environments, uneducated and inept management, ethical conflicts of interest, corporate governance. Bad medical staff, many ethical/medical violations swept under the rug. Crazy hours, low staff number to client ratio.
