      None that I can think of.

      The owner is all over the place and has no clear vision of where and how he wants to take the company to. You’re expected to work abnormal hours and never no incentives for it. Turnover ratio is high. It seems no one enjoys and wants to be at the company. No growth opportunity

      Got paid but thats it

      Expected to work after hours and not spend time with family, Just to be accused of not being accessible after hours. No time off. Will take advantage of you. Don’t plan on having a baby because he will fire you for attending a doctors appointment and then come up with an excuse to fire you. Owner has no respect for others and especially truckers
