They provide snacks, a small store, BBQ, recently acquired time off for the summer. HR was really driven to make working there a bit better.

No more HR. Executive team is a joke. You can go up the ranks to report a problem and I don't mean personal I mean business related to your employees problem. No one cares or listens and they would be willing to run you over with a bus and then back up over you again. All the while shaking their heads in agreement with the corporate team coming into town.
