No: performance bonus, free/opportunity to purchase goods going soon out of date or partnerships with restaurants offering employee discounts. No Official Time for a break. Time planning for 2nd deliveries. You can be sat around for hours doing nothing but when your finishing time is approaching (30 minutes i.e.) and they want to send you 1 hour away, you cant say no as that is 'refusing to do your job'.
