I can't think of many. Yes I had expensive healthcare from them but never was allowed time off to use it.

You feel like you are in highschool again, very clicky and caddy. Requesting time off is a joke, they also expect the reason for requesting time off even when stated for personal reasons. If you don's suck up your life is miserable. They allow parents to go over teachers and straight to directors for everything, instead of encouraging parents to speak to teachers first. They allow children to stay who harm others and just expect you to be able to sit by that child and shadow them 24/7 which is unrealistic and unfair to the other students.

The children I was able to serve

The center is old, run down and dirty with clutter from head to toe and around every corner. It’s a very unsafe atmosphere .Nothing is spent on the class and teachers make a horrible rate with no raises. Even the mention of a year review is scoffed at. There is no teacher retention. The turn over is awful and for good reason. No one is happy and everyone is pitted against eachother with no support, day to day is very unprofessional , Management and the owner is nowhere to be seen no matter how urgent the issue. All health and safety issues are swept under the rug. Research! Not one picture of a teacher on their website and few of the teachers on their social media are still there. That’s for good reason.
