Everything stems from the top, the director is treated like trash by corporate, and the teachers are treated the same. This terrible work environment breeds teachers who are selfish, looking out for themselves, and use any chance they can get to put other teachers down. Teachers are constantly bad mouthing each other. I had spent my last 6 years preparing myself to become the best teacher I can be, this company has jaded me from the profession.
