This company burns and turns - there is no training, coaching or direction yet you are held to high and mostly unrealistic expectations - there is no HR department - even when you are succeeding you will feel it is not enough because it’s a culture built on constant next opportunity - a lot of meetings that waste your time. For example you have a board meeting every day at 8:30 AM. It’s not necessary every day - they do not fully utilize or properly train on the tools they give you, making it hard to succeed. There’s a good chance at your next company your busy work here would be automated - not a team environment, little collaboration.
