None...communication lacking. Follow through skills after second interview and responses to emails is disrespectful of people's time. Respond to emails in a timely fashion.

No communication while interviewing. Kept stating that they would be making a decision in a few days and never got back to me when I asked to be notified either way. I was looking for feedback and received none.
