Hands down one of the best life decisions I've ever made was to join this outfit. The CEO has created a culture that values work-life-balance, transparency, and growth (personally and professionally). She is adept at identifying the unique skills and abilities of each professional and shapes their roles in a way that allows each person to maximize his or her highest contribution. I've never worked with such a diverse, driven, bright, supportive and fun group of talented professionals. I get to come to work each day and do meaningful work, push myself to constantly learn and have a blast in the process.

We are fast growing company and experience the pains that come with that. Each week presents a new challenge or new ground so sometimes we are figuring it out as we go, which means a little trial and error. If you are someone that needs total structure and certainty, that might drive you a little nuts.
