The restaurant itself does not pay you at all ( They pay 2.75 an hour- which all gets eaten up by taxes). They essentially have slaves as employers who rely solely on tips.
3 strike system - three strikes and you're out. If a customer gave a bad review ( even if not true), or if you miss a day, BAM a strike. no way to get strikes taken off within a 1 year period.
Can not request any days off, even months ahead of time
