My store really has a family atmosphere... not just some HR spiel about 'family', but we really are a group of friends and we support each other and care about each other's well-being. Higher average age than a normal retail location with people who really believe in what we are doing and a management team that is 'in it' with us... we all support each other, and that makes it a rewarding experience, such a rarity in retail. The schedule is done three weeks out, so you are able to plan. The request of availability/unavailability is automated, so you can put the requests in when you think of them vs having to wait and speak to someone. Very flexible schedule at my location.
