      Great company to work for. Very employee based, flexible schedule, great pay starting out.

      Too employee based meaning they kept employees around that should of been let go.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Kontras

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
