Pros

They offer PTO, you do get some holidays off.

Kontras

You don't get paid enough to even live, HR is horrible to people, you only have 10 minutes to use the restroom, they could careless about you, they don't care about your kids if you have an emergency, they try to write you up for everything, I've dealt with customers wanting to commit suicide because of their lack of care and when I mentioned it I am told oh well not our problem. They pull sneaky and shady crap to their workers and they are just hateful and condescending. I worked their for 2 years and the raise they gave me was a measley 8 cents. Do yourself a favor and don't work here they need to be shut down honestly.

Pros

The work is straightforward and you get trained properly on how to do your job when you first start out, and the team supervisors do coach you to keep improvement happening. PTO plan is amazing! With the client I'm working with, I feel fulfilled at the end of my day with being able to help the customers out.

Kontras

Since the pandemic hit in 2020, there hasn't been a lot of company engagement with everyone like it was back in a brick-and-mortar setting. That is improving though!
