You are always able to work with the people who run the place to work out any issues that ever arise. Questions are always answered promptly and conflicts are few and far between.
Additionally, there is a lot of flexibility in what you do - if you can think of something that management approves of (which is honestly quite a lot), then they will provide you with resources to do it and enable you to pursue it wholeheartedly.
