Seriously some of the best coworkers and I think this is due to the fact that the interview process is a little longer than other companies

- With working from home sometimes you can feel like you are on your own. This is partially due to the fact that some managers are more hands off and trust you to get done what you need to get done and not micro-manage you, but sometimes it can feel like you are on your own for days on end
