-good overall friendly workforce except for upper management who is out of touch and does not care for their employees -decent pay and benefits until they strip them all away

-senior leadership team and it appears many of the upper management team including directors and VPs do not care about their employees as evident over the past several years due to policy changes -removal of work from home across the company starting April 2025 -removal of 4/10 schedule most likely followed by removal of 9/80 schedule starting April 2025 -required starting hours will be 6-8am starting April 2025 but not the hourly employees (technicians) for some reason even though their start time of 4am causes plant issues.
