In the wrong millennium - Manager bei Textron Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Working at TS for the past year has been extremely disappointing. I really regret accepting the offer. They’ve handled the COVID situation about as bad as a company could. Whether is be through a lack of communication and clarity or refusal to adapt and allow employees to work remote, I’ve learned that TS is not an employee focused employer. The COVID situation put management’s incompetence under a microscope. It’s very clear that change needs to be made now. Additionally, salaries are about 5-10% lower than market standard. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE (nearby Northrop, Lockheed, etc).
